基于ANSYS的刚性罐道结构挠度研究

摘要: 为了直观的体现罐耳与罐道发生相对运动时刚性罐道的挠度变化规律,针对罐道、罐道梁结构的简支梁模型,三跨连续梁模型以及空间网格结构模型,使用ANSYS进行瞬态动力学仿真。模拟了水平力匀速经过一根罐道的状态,做出了各模型随移动载荷作用位置变化的挠度曲线,并进行对比。发现简支梁模型挠度最大,空间网格模型的挠度峰值略小于三跨连续梁模型,在移动载荷作用点处的挠度值变化的幅度明显小于三跨连续梁模型,但是挠度值的波动较大。

Abstract: In order to reflect the varying law of the deflection of the mine shaft steel guide when the relative motion occur between the rigid guide and the cage roller, transient dynamic simulation is carried out for simply supported beam model ,the three-span continuous beam model and the spatial grid model of mine shaft steel guide structure by ANSYS. Simulation of the horizontal force through a section of the guide evenly, the deflection curves of the model with the position of the moving load are obtained and compared. It is found that the simply supported beam model has the largest deflection, the maximum deflection of the space grid model is slightly smaller than the three - span continuous beam model, the magnitude of the deflection value at the point of the moving load is significantly smaller than the three-span continuous beam model, but the deflection value fluctuates obviously.
